The services provided by Cora Luxury Spa are intended for relaxation, wellness, and personal care. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly in cases where these Terms and Conditions or our Spa Guidelines are violated.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Reservations: We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late will limit the time allocated for your treatment. As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments are completed as scheduled, and the full treatment price will apply.

• Cancellations & Refunds: All bookings are subject to our strict Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please refer to our dedicated Refund and Cancellation Policy page for full details regarding missed appointments, non-refundable memberships, and rescheduling protocols.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed on our website or in-spa menus are subject to change without prior notice.

• We accept Cash, UPI, and major Credit Cards.

• Payment is due in full at the time of service unless pre-paid via a valid gift voucher or active membership plan.

4. Health, Safety, and Medical Conditions

• Guest Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or if you are pregnant prior to your treatment.

• Right to Refuse: Cora Luxury Spa reserves the right to decline or modify treatments if we believe a service may pose a risk to your health and safety.

• Not Medical Advice: Our therapies are designed for relaxation and aesthetic enhancement. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

5. Code of Conduct

Cora Luxury Spa maintains a strict policy regarding the conduct of our guests. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and our therapists. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual harassment, aggressive conduct, or intoxication, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund and a permanent ban from all Cora Luxury Spa locations.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Personal Property: While we provide lockers for your convenience, Cora Luxury Spa is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or valuables brought onto the premises.

• Physical Liability: By receiving services at our spa, you agree that Cora Luxury Spa and its employees shall not be held liable for any unforeseen adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the treatments, provided the services were performed in accordance with standard professional practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cora Luxury Spa website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cora Luxury Spa and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications to Terms
